NET Technology partnered with KW2 to redesign its website with the goal of making its services clear, actionable, and compelling to prospective clients. The previous site made it difficult for users to understand NET’s offerings or identify their next steps, and its heavy reliance on iconography left case studies feeling flat and services difficult to visualize. This redesign highlights the benefits of NET’s technologies and services, simplifies the decision-making process, and positions the site to better convert visitors into leads.
I began the project by leading a discovery meeting with key NET stakeholders to understand audience pain points, website objectives, and new content and functionality needs. From there, I developed the information architecture and content strategy to reflect these goals. After securing approval, I created wireframes and worked closely with our graphic designer to bring the new look and feel to life.
